Disbursement of federal and state funds will occur approximately two weeks following the last day to add a class for the full term semester. Students may expect to receive refunds that they are entitled to approximately two weeks after the disbursement date, once tuition and approved charges are deducted.
2023-2024 Disbursement Dates:
- Summer 2023 - Week of July 12th, 2023
- Fall 2023 - Week of September 18th, 2023 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of October 30th, 2023 for 7W2 Term - Spring 2024 - Week of February 12th, 2024 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of March 25th, 2024 for 7W2 Term
2024-2025 Disbursement Dates:
- Summer 2024 - Week of June 14th, 2024
- Fall 2024 - Week of September 16th, 2024 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of October 28th, 2024 for 7W2 Term - Spring 2025 - Week of February 17th, 2025 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of March 31st, 2025 for 7W2 Term - Summer 2025 - Week of July 16th, 2025
